  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to the following cities: Kochi, Kozhikode, Trivandrum, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mysore, and Bangalore.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • 10-Day Return Policy: You may request a return for your product within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • 10-Day Refund Policy: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
